In many rural areas, households still struggle to access clean and safe drinking water. Due to seasonal scarcity, unreliable borewells, contaminated open wells, and long distances to safe water points, families—especially women—spend several hours daily just to collect drinking water. This causes loss of time, physical burden, and serious health issues such as diarrhea and intestinal infections from impure water. Although the demand for safe water is high, there is no affordable, reliable, and continuous doorstep purified water supply system available in these villages.
The innovation provides doorstep delivery of purified drinking water in reusable 20-liter containers by partnering with local RO plants and establishing village-level purification centers, saving time, improving health outcomes, and reducing plastic waste.

Customers will pay because the service provides clean, safe, and affordable drinking water directly at their doorstep, eliminating the daily struggle of fetching water from distant or unsafe sources. By ensuring quality-tested purified water, the innovation reduces the risk of waterborne diseases and associated medical expenses. It also saves 2–3 hours of time every day, especially for women, which can be used for work, childcare, and education. The solution is reliable, convenient, and cost-effective compared to existing irregular tanker or borewell water. Additionally, reusable water containers ensure eco-friendly and sustainable usage, increasing trust and long-term value to rural families.
